Both my parents had their cataract surgeries done here, and we had a great experience. Dr. Ram Sir and Dr. Shiva Kumar Sir were extremely humble, kind, and took excellent care of them. The staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the process. The only drawback is that you might have to wait a bit longer when it�s crowded
Had my mom's cataract operation done here and it was really a very smooth process. Right from the staff to insurance helpdesk everyone were very helpful and kept me posted about all the process right from the start. Even the post op care was also very good and they made sure to have regular calls to check on her health. Dr.Ram was also very approachable when it came to queries post the operation.
